New Unused Merchandise Refund Terms:
New, unopened and sealed products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping costs or any restocking fees (if applicable) within 7 days of initial purchase.
New, unopened and sealed products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover any transaction related cost that we may have incurrred. This is applicable If you cancel, refuse delivery or request refund on a new and unused product within 7 days of delivery.
Any order that is currently in transit cannot receive a refund until it is either refused on delivery or returned to us. It needs to be in our physical possesion.
New Merchandise Terms:
All new products, such as all in one systems or accessories are covered under our 12 month hardware warranty. If you experience any hardware related issues we'll gladly provide a repair or exchange to you at no service costs. Shipping fees are not included. New merchandise cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened/used.
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original receipt date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defective console or replace the console for the same model in equal value. This exchange is without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and any possible insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing original dated sales receipt.
Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty Limitations:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any software related issues that may be located on a micro SD card or internal storage device.
