Pre-Owned Merchandise Terms:
All pre-owned merchandise such as retro games, consoles and accessories purchased through www.yogeeky.ca, are covered by our 90 day free warranty policy. If you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you may return it for an easy exchange or store credit within 90 days. Just email us and we will help you resolve any issue.
New Unused Merchandise Refund Terms:
New, unopened and sealed products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping costs or any restocking fees (if applicable) within 7 days of initial purchase.
Restocking Fee's:
New, unopened and sealed products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover any transaction related cost that we may have incurrred. This is applicable If you cancel, refuse delivery or request refund on a new and unused product within 7 days of delivery.

If you experience any hardware related issues we'll gladly provide a repair or exchange to you at no service costs. Shipping fees are not included. Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty Terms:
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original receipt date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defective console or replace the console for the same model in equal value. This exchange is without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and any possible insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing original dated sales receipt. All manufacturing defects MUST be presented to us within 7 days of receipt.
Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty Limitations:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal wear and tear and all accessories such as HDMI cables, AC adapters and controllers.
- Any software related issues that may be located on a micro SD card or internal storage device.
Shipping Costs Terms:
It is important to note that it is your responsibility to cover any shipping related expenses to return products to us regardless of the product that you purchased. We do not provide return shipping labels.
